Role Overview:

JBO Services is looking for a hardworking and reliable Field Laborer to join our lawn care and landscaping team. The ideal candidate will assist with mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right person!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate power equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
Drive company trucks with trailers to transport equipment and materials
Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming at residential and commercial properties
Assist with landscaping tasks, such as mulching, planting, and light hardscaping
Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in proper working condition
Work efficiently in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Provide excellent customer service and represent JBO Services professionally

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required
Ability to safely operate power tools and lawn care equipment
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Experience towing a trailer is preferred (or willingness to learn)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Must be able to work long hours, including occasional weekends during peak season
